Allie’s Affirmations

The following is a list of some of my personal affirmations that keep energy focused on you and allowing yourself to flow. Feel free to use these in your own work also

  1. “What is meant for me will be.” This one is simple, it draws in what you’re manifesting with peace and detaches not from the hope of the manifestation but from how it will appear.
  2. “If you don’t look below you’ll see yes or no but you won’t see the way the river flows.” A gentle reminder that things are not always as they seem on the surface. A message to myself written when talking about what I’ve learned from reading tarot for myself and others.
  3. “Your light has to guide you before it can guide others.” Don’t speak on something you don’t have certainty of, sit with the thoughts, decode it for yourself before considering it for a collective.
  4. “Integration is the path between illumination and imagination.” Embody your learning in your day to day life, don’t just let it sit as something you never use, they’re lessons, not unclaimed potential.
  5. “when in doubt dance it out” movement helps us get our brain functions back up and can help with memory.
  6. “Using logic helps keep you out of heavy fear” heavy fear comes from heavy emotion. What can you do to rationalize the thoughts.
  7. “Listen to your moon.” Crown to ground integration happens when you consistently ground through your moon sign element.
  8. “Spirituality is a puzzle and everyone’s path looks different.” Everyone runs on different clocks, some awakening happen with people who aren’t meant to continue, some awakenings happen later, be mindful of this.
  9. “We’re all spiritual beings in human bodies.” A gentle reminder here that mental health is not a block, or a downfall. It’s part of being human and taking care of your physical self always comes first.
  10. “Kindness and compassion are compromise.” Meet people in the middle.
  11. “The person you give the least gratitude to is yourself.” A nudge to show past versions of you that you appreciate them, no matter what you went through.
  12. “Everyone’s a moron including me.” Keep yourself humble, give yourself grace, remember it’s everyone’s first time living this life.
  13. “We all can always learn from each other.” Age, time, and spiritual paths don’t matter. All of us help each other learn and grow. There are always opportunities to teach and learn.
  14. “silliness is sacred.” Having fun and being silly is part of being human, even if it seems counterproductive to your path.
  15. “Who are you without a name?” Do you show integrity to your path even if people don’t know your name.
  16. “Doubt is loudest when things are closest.” When you’re close to a breakthrough, old identities try to surface and push you to old patterns.

I’m going to do my best to update this page with more as more are used or shared.

As Always, blessed be on your journey.

With Shadow, Light, and Integration
