When I say love and light, I don’t mean it in the sense that says stay positive or everything happens for a reason because that’s genuinely not true.
I mean it in a sense that even in the dark, you can reach out a hand to someone who may need it more, that you’re not afraid to draw a sword of clarity when you or someone else is in danger. A pacifist, until the action requires you to move to be quite frank.
Learning the hold the frequency of love was not an easy path. It requires shadow work and I don’t mean journaling and asking questions: I mean dreams where I died, dreams where I had to tell my team I trusted them, dreams where I had to relive horrible life events again to show I could do them differently.
It took acting out core wounds, being okay with being visible and being seen by doing things that would seem small to anyone else. Going to the pool alone without getting a locker to show no one is going to take what’s mine, painting my nails in public to show no one’s really watching, dancing in a crowd to show no one’s staring. Being able to speak my truth, even when it hurts and most importantly not letting the false positivity take me. Letting the emotions move through you freely is one of the biggest sign you’re on the right path spiritually, no more shoving them down.
No one talks about the hard parts of spirituality: finding yourself, reaching inner union and then calling in soul family or friends that might have been on the path longer than you, so they automatically think they know more. Maybe they’re more well read, maybe they’re seeing what you’re mirroring to them that they need to work on and take that as their the ones walking the right path. In reality, the mirror you show is what allows others to make the choice to follow the path calling them to grow. The mirror you hold often causes you to be unlikeable.
No one wants to talk about how when you’re truly aligned, manifestations take much longer to occur because you’re willing to work and learn, even if that’s through memory and not books.
The people who get manifestation after manifestation are not better, and in many scenarios they are given those things rapidly, so they can fall apart fully when they relazie they cannot juggle all they’ve asked for.
Slow and steady is always the way that works the race, everyone moves at their own pace, but to those that are truly aligned, it shows in their energy, in their eyes, their cadence, their face.
No one wants to talk about the nights crying alone on the floor, asking what more you can do because nothing has yet come in for you. How are it is to hold the frequency on your own and not drop the line, while your reality shifts and you start drowning inside. You still show up, you still work things out, but it’s betting against the dealer to rely on the promises delivered by mouth.
Be careful with the people who are preaching “love and light” in the toxic ways, because that light that shines does not exist without grace and learning the dance between light and shadow has to exist.
